Tortola Map
Like all of the British Virgin Islands, the Tortola map does not conform to any recognizable shape; it twists every which way for 10 square miles (26 square km), starting out thin, widening, then thinning out again to nearly nothing at its eastern extremity. The Tortola map has a scalloped coastline of alabaster beaches, and is ringed by innumerable coves and cays - home to many a pirate in centuries past. The spine of this Tortola map is dotted with rolling green hills, the tallest of which reaches 1,1716 ft (525 m) and offers dazzling vistas of Tortola's island neighbors. The interior of the Tortola map is a patchwork of emerald vegetation ranging from arid scrub to lush rain forest.
